shrikhand


Ingredience

Saffron                                                                                  1 pinch
Yogurt                                                                                   1 kg
Powdered sugar                                                                    1 cup
Warm milk                                                                            2 tablespoon
Nutmeg powder                                                                    1 pinch
Green cardamom powder                                                    ¼ teaspoon
Almonds                                                                                8-10

Method

First tie the yogurt in piece of muslin and hang it overnight in a refrigerator. Transfer the drained Yogurt into a bowl. Add powdered sugar and mix well till sugar dissolves completely.Then mix theSaffron in warm milk, cool and add to the yogurt mixture. Add the nutmeg powder and cardamom powder and mix well. Then place in a refrigerator to chill and garnished with the almonds.
